Feels different being different 
in a somewhat different world. 
I mean it's a lot different from the one I grew up in. 
Seems a lot more plastic. 
The atrocities wrapped in Saran wrap so it's clear to see, 
but we don't do much to change it. 
Everything televised 
but now you are the cinematographer 
with no control over the exposure. 
Sometimes it feels like 
there's nothing we can do to change it. 
We only watch, text, march 
and complain if you don't follow 
as if we only do it in hopes of 
some fame and recognition. 
I don't know what to do, 
we hold none of the answers it seems.
